Restoring an Old Truck Camper Part 13: Seamstress vs Carpenter

SuzAnne sews. Barry has insulated since he was a twelve. Sometimes things get a little interesting on this truck camper project because they think through the process very differently.

But… we were so glad to finally be back and working on the camper again. It was hot and there were a lot of distractions due to our business but we still feel like we made at least a little headway in just a couple of days.

We’re at the point where we have to stop and think about where things are going to go. Then we go home and get on the internet to get dimensions and look at what others have done with their truck campers. Since it will be a mobile office/workshop, we have a lot of things we’ll need to carry with us.

Now we are off to meet a customer in Naples, FL for a week. We wish we were working on the camper but we have a lot of decisions to make about the construction. There will be plenty of time for that on the drive to Naples. We also need to order the fridge and generator.
